Around seven years ago I set up an online course called the Food Philosophy. I began with a group of volunteers recruited from the Discovery Health channel diet messageboard. The board was a great place back then, it wasn’t moderated very well and some of the members had been posting for years. I spent a lot of time reading people’s posts and I chose a group of women who were failing at dieting (as they all were on and off) and I looked back at their posts over a number of years. I found they were typical yo-yo dieters, so I asked them if they’d like to be guineapigs for the course I was developing.
The rest is history for that small group of women. All of them were amazed at the Food Philosophy content and the emotion was high as I slowly revealed to them the results of my 20 years research It was so exciting for me as I’d never shared it with anyone before and it was pretty radical so when I’d tried to talk about it to ‘outsiders’ it had sounded like madness. But I knew I was right. The Food Philosophy turned out to be revolutionary in the lives of those first women and I went on to help many more women over the last seven years. The programme can help anyone struggling with food but it has turned out to be most effective for those who have tried to stop dieting and who have turned to healthy eating or intuitive eating but who still find themselves eating more than they want or need. The Food Philosophy is the most advanced programme for overeaters there is.
I don’t advertise. My clients are all via word of mouth. Because of my other projects, I only have one or two days a week to teach the Food Philosophy (or FP as it’s become known) and there’s a waiting list. I’m usually booked up months ahead, but if you’re very interested in the programme (6 to 12 weeks), contact me at the website below. You might be lucky and get a cancellation. There are retreats planned for this year and next but so far they’re all booked up too!
